There are cheap cars because they were in the flooding. There are cheap cars because their odometer has been adjusted, and there are cheap cars because they were stolen. But if you want quality aim for Germany, as they have strict laws on maintenance.
Cheaper new cars are probably in the Baltics. I'm talking about cars that were sold here as brand new, used for 40-60k km and then returned to the bank. Banks sell them really cheap.
For example, a Peugeot 407SW 2006 2.0 Aut with 60k km went for 8500EUR. While in Germany similar car sells for at least 15000EUR. At least it was like that a year ago.
