I didn't have mine copied down, and last night I decided to surf around a few of my registrars/hosts and mock clicking through a payment.

Sure enough the 2nd one I tried had a 'shitty' payment form and double clicking the card # dropped down my number in dropdown selection box.

If you can't find it, go to a few places you used it and see if it's cached/cookied to you.
