Exactly - why are they not opening all accounts?? they can see we own muliple accounts and if one is verified (like mine is) then all should be auto verified. Don't even try to call the bank and ask, waited for ages and they don't even have a call waiting tune, it just stays silent with the occasional message saying we'll be with you soon. Total cheapo 3rd world answering facility. Place is probably a shack with 1 phone line.
