The first 4-5 days everyone avoided the question and eluded to "private investors" and referred to Octav as the "president" running the company. Even when he had lunch with KennyB he didn't say point blank if he was an owner or not. Since then Octav has stepped up and declared himself the owner. So NOW, yeah he is being open about it.
