tblocker, let's talk some specifics so we can make sure we do this and it just doesn't get swept aside.

How many epass customers do you need information from in order to proceed with finding a lawyer and getting the ball rolling on this? What information do you need from each of us to proceed?

Also, we need some concrete replies from a couple lawyers to get their take on what we can expect. They need to know everything about Mallick from his past to how he structures epass/united trust, where it's all located, etc. This is all going to be for nothing if we can't even legally go after him for anything. Maybe he found some clever way to structure everything to where we can't get anything.

Thoughts?
