Also, we need some concrete replies from a couple lawyers to get their take on what we can expect. They need to know everything about Mallick from his past to how he structures epass/united trust, where it's all located, etc. This is all going to be for nothing if we can't even legally go after him for anything. Maybe he found some clever way to structure everything to where we can't get anything.

I don't specifically need any information, i'm not the lawyer, we will need it when we actually get in touch with a GOOD lawyer to make the class action lawsuit on our behalfs, right now, i just need contact information of anybody fucked up to take this into the table of different lawyers and see which WE ALL AGREE is our best choice. Remember, this is not something i'm willing to make money of, i'm even in a good faith gesture, just because i hate this fucking people, willing to give up my 100% of my balance, this is not about money for me, its about principles ....
Right now i'm in the process of coordinating contact between all people fucked up, a little information about each peoples situation won't hurt, but may not be necesary still.
What is a fact, is that to make a class action lawsuit, we need to be all together, so start sending me an email with your contact information and IF YOU WANT, describing a little bit your specific situation, but not necesary.
I'm someone that got fucked 15k in my wallet, and want him to pay, i prefer money, but jail will do the job too ... I'm not going to take any action personally, or getting anything in return for spending my time coordinating all us together ( just the joy of doing something! ) i'm just offering myself to coordinate, but the action will be taken as a whole group.
