Your local FBO would be able to point you in the right direction...
But if you can settle for a little less than "instant" there's Marquis Jet! (marquisjet.com) And they even give you a little
card, how grand! Ok so it's a bit more expensive than a $9.95 telephone line or a $50 office, but I think they should really look into it.
Plus it makes for a faster getaway.
