Could be different settings on the mail servers or something like that which determine when you receive a bounce message.
From the latest message on epass's site I got the feeling that Mr. Elias would either be turning off his Email or ignoring Epassporte users.

Although emailing him used to work because he was personally responding before. Looks like that has changed.
