Let's be honest if Fabian or any of the big tube owners actually cared about copyright infringement they would make sure the user uploading the content has the rights to it before the content goes live.
It's as simple as that, get a producer account and be allowed to upload. Until a tube owner does that then they are just allowing other to steal and upload content.
Unless it goes to court and there is a warrant for up loader IP's there is no way to tell who is uploading the content, so if Fabian or any other tube owner wants to prove they give a shit about theft they will kill all user uploads and only allow pre-approved submitters.
Fabian seems dead set on making things right over there, let's see how he moves the company forward.
