further, you should at least wait until after Oct 18, which the date by which epassporte has said it would advise on how the wallet funds will be handled. once a lawsuit is is fled, epass no longer has to work with or talk to anyone but their lawyers, which will put all the remaining funds on hold until the outcome of the lawsuit is decided. |
yes, i got much more than 7k there but i agree, we should wait till end of month, they made update that on 18 october wire will start going out - i suggest to wait with lawsuit, maybe miracle will happen
if not then there is no difference when lawsuit will be filled, if they will not pay then i think money are lost with or without lawsuit
but if they are really have a plan to pay then lawsuit right now will fuck things up even more
