No, they do not "prove" anything. Whether it "proves" it enough for the 12 people sitting at your trial, now that I don't know.

Now _this_ I understand. Screenshot is just a prop, and is meaningless still. If the jury believes the choker then they will believe when he says $xx,xxx.
When it comes down to this level of bickering, it's the word of the photographer (or the choker) versus the person that was choked.
