It's really stupid and all short term thinking but I guess that's just how it is. I remember when 1:100 conversions were the norm rather than some sort of miracle. The people within this industry have largely screwed themselves and it's easy to see.
If you're new to the industry imagine what your income would be if you had average conversions of 1:100. Then you'll see how much we have all screwed ourselves - some more so than others.
