To be able to do something to Mallick you need to have connections with crime circles in USA. And none of the Russian webmasters I heard of have them. Or you have to arrive into USA buy a gun and just kill Mallick yourself. For this some balls and experience are required otherwise you will just fail.

The probability that someone actually will go after Mallick physically is close to 0. Not even a 0.01%.

But the beauty of the situation is that anyone with brains can hurt Mallick not standing up from his computer. And keep hurting him for years, even his heirs after 20 years, if the grudge still remembered. No need to invent anything. He dishonored himself by his own actions, you only need to let people know about it. Spam it over the net, write to his friends, business associates, etc.

It's obvious he was eager to get out of adult and do some "white" business. But now he made himself more "dirty" by lying to numerous people and robbing them out of their money. I have no problem dealing with people who are involved in porn, but I definitely have problem dealing with people who do not honor their obligations and do not return the money they owe. I bet most of the businessmen think the same way. We'll see how many people wish to have business with him after he's famous as a thief and irresponsible man. Think of this - he was enjoying his vacation while thousands of people were loosing their nerve cells over this epass situation. Would you want to do business with such a person?
