It really is their fault for not paying attention to their own monthly charges on their cards.
Is there a negative consequence to you if when they discover the charges and ask the CC company for a long refund?
Maybe sending out a e-mail to the ones in question giving them a bonus of some sort, like a additional membership to one of your other sites for being a long standing member.
