I'm not a big fan of that pink bg, I'd give more prominence to the grunge part and use less of that pink (maybe only for the text) while adding small touches of a darker pink-fuchsia (maybe splats of color), just getting to her hair color to make her personal characteristics be part of the design. Also, if it was me, I'd use that black shape or brush on the lower corner be behind her so it looks more like a design element rather than something covering her for no reason. Finally, there's a huge gap between the logo and the first picture (=content) I assume you'll use that for titles and/or slogans, but mentioning it just in case.
If you still want to use that paper sheet, try this: rotate it a few degrees so it has some dynamic, and use a yellowish white color for it with some grunge paper treatment. I think that could work, anyway, try it by yourself and see if you like it, after all that's what matters
