I would bet that when 18th comes we get another time buying shit from him. Could be a wire request form or anything that they will review for like 10 days and then another 10 days to "make a wire". Which none of us will see after November 6th.
So, we have to put legal pressure on him, rather waiting for a miracle and giving him the only thing he needs now - time."
Hope all goes well, but just in case.

It's the most helpful post that we have to considerer, Thx for sharing Anthony.
Mallick buy time since the begining of his fall (plan ?). He clearly expect to get the most money possible from our wallets after the legal delay.
It looks like another scam more, in a scam world. Whatever the outcome, we all have to ask ourselves about confidence we give to this kind of online deposit, now causing distress to many people.
Now we must join our efforts to launch a lawsuit against Mallick, i don't live in US so it'll be harder for me to do something effective, i just fill forms and trying to get info. But you guys in US, DON'T GIVE UP !!
Sorry for my crappy english,
Peace to all
