They can't... but they can make a few bucks off making it disappear... or they could get sign offs and make even more. If the video is in KB's hands, who is to say that it's not also in the hands of some some tube site outside US jurisdiction that would just release it without 2257 anyways... With sign offs at least the star still makes some cheddar for the embarrassment... or so I've heard once or twice...
