Any intelligent human being can gather that one of the most likely reasons ePassporte went down is because Visa had no way of making sure that ePassporte users where NOT using the service to hide/transfer money to avoid taxes.

I am not insinuating people did that, but you have to admit, ePassporte was a very easy way to get paid and never report the income. It was a compelling tool to break the laws.

Disclaimer: I don?t know anyone with ePassporte and not affiliated with them in any way and this is simply my opinion.
