Does Mallick (or his lawyers) really have any recourse though?
They guy used ChrisMallickScam.com (just like PayPalScam.com, which is allowed by law) and only posted information publicly available on the Internet.
I thought he'd be protected? It's not like he is giving out Mallick's SSN.
