Take a look at cached info in CC details box on your PC if you have used it online before - start a dummy purchase online and see if your card details pop-up in the drop down box. Or maybe an old email?

I didnt use CC online before at all
Also I entered wrong PIN 3 times and cant withdraw money from ATM, I tried today to buy smth in shop but was asked to enter PIN again - as result transaction declined. Just found out that I may use passport in shop instead of PIN, but will it work? Entering of 3 wrong pins doesnt mean that card is locked and all operations will be declined?
