Agree fully, get visa to put some pressure on SKNANB, they as yet don't seem to be getting the idea we want our fucking money this side of xmas. We may reply in 5-10 business days fuck that - hire some more people in your verification department, and call centre.

SKNANB have still not said what has really happened here. They hold the vv money so i'm guessing they cut epass off from that (maybe a good thing) however they should have realised what kind of situation this would create and all the shit people would be put through and make some preparations for that. Maybe before hand even requested all the verification details from epass for accounts that had been verified so we didn't have to do it all over again.
