The people that put this up were just not ripped off as bad by the two that you mention and the mass of people being screwed by this guy are way bigger than with the said sponsors. So there.
And regarding his kids... I would not wonder if people created fake social media accounts, get them as friends and then post the news about their daddy allover to their friends.
