What world do you live in? Because you left the real one years ago. They are not children, they're adolescents. They have become sexually mature. That means the ability to produce children, by having sex. Of fucking course a mentally stable person, when they see an attractive person, thinks "cute". It's human nature and instilled in us by our hormones. The training to resist temptation that stops us. Be that person underage or just stops us from attacking them. This teacher didn't have have that training to resist. Or somewhere to go to help her.
