From what I know ePassporte and CCBill have never had anything to do with ePassporte other than Chris and Ron know each other and the only way I know this is because I met them at the show in Amsterdam a few years back.
I tried years ago to get ePassporte to pick up CCBill as a client it never happened I do not know why but if CCBill had any interest in ePassporte they would surely have used ePassporte as a payout option.
