I hope your puppy gets better soon, sounds like she had a bad reaction to those meds, some undesirable side affects include blood in the stool which indicates that they affected the stomach, same thing in her case because of the vomit.
If she is in good health otherwise this should be just a bad reaction and the vet will know next time to give her other dewormers to avoid this .
Think positive and ask for another vets opinion if needed.
