But I found this which does have it:

The Google Cache with the date Sept 30 2010 also shows section 7.10:

However the archive.org cache from 2008 (the latest they have) does NOT have that section.

It looks as if perhaps they kept two different Terms and conditions and neglected to change the one you are looking at? Assuming that's true in my opinion they should pay you out of goodwill. Bad publicity will cost them more than $50.
