You know you are so worried about the Time of the day it was. But the fact is, you are saying your business has sucky support. You may be up at 4am but you aren't going to work. Even though you are there.
When I have a client that needs help, and if I'm here, I give them the support they deserve. I don't say hey it is the middle of the night, I'm not going to do it now.
I would think you would learn enough to hire techs to be available at night. Not everyone is on your timezone. Or works the hours you do. Or that you don't even though you are there.
