Same here. when I first started playing it was before there were any expansions so you could only go to level 60. I got there and did the 5 and 10 man dungeons and had fun, but wanted to do some of the big stuff. So I joined a raiding guild and it was like getting a job. Back then some of those raids took 15-20 hours or longer to complete. If you didn't show up on time you could lose your spot the next time, there was all kinds of politics and crap. I stuck around long enough to see each raid instance once then left. I actually left the game for about a year then came back when the expansion came out and played a lot more casually. Now it is maybe like once a week for a few hours but between working on my sites, writing and girlfriend their isn't much time for WoWing
