I called again yesterday, which they reconized my voice and stated over and over they could not find my card. Then I said I had a visa case number and suddenly they got silent on the phone. Put me on hold came back asked a few more questions saying what number did visa give me to call and give this case to. I said a sknanb phone then rattled it off. They said this wasn't a valid SKNANB phone number so I called it with them on the phone and what do you know. SKNANB phone menu comes up with options. So now the phone agent is in shock on what happened. Collets my visa case information etc.
So now I'm waiting on them to return my call.. again. Few days I will call SKNANB card services, which is different than the number they have on their site. The call center said they are not the card issuers, fine but they are still responsible for the accounts/card numbers.
