Wallet funds need to be requested from ePassporte at
[email protected]. That is the only current means of contacting them.
As this thread and others state, many people who requested their money via ACH or CC (takes two days and doesn't have to be done by hand or reviewed like the wires do) are having their funds that were "in motion" to their accounts returned into the wallet. Thus starting the whole process over again.
