last year, first time in my life i picked up 30 extra pounds withing 3 month - i admit i was stuffing my self 2.5 times a day without much exercise. it took me 6 month without extra effort, organically get to my normal range just by back to my normal dieting. after that experience i won't believe fat can go away fast naturally

maybe extra body water held up by sugars or salt but definitely not fat. btw in my life i consumed lots and lots of sugar - never been a problem with weight, only health issue sugar gave me are teeth problems.
