Am I the only one who reads this as maybe he's referring to the missing ach transactions that was returned to the accounts on Oct 12? The money that was in "mid air", that we didn't really know where was. And that he doesn't really mean that he actually got paid. But that his missing money is now back in his epass account, and that he sees it as a good sign, and it's only a matter of time.
That's how I read it.
He's saying his money got transfered, not that he got paid.
He's saying he knows other people whos money was returned, not that he knows other people who got paid...
