The fact that they've been doing this for a few years?
The tens of millions they've successfully held over the years?
The years of awesome support they've provided?
How they handled the situation they one time they attempted to shut down but they fought back?
The processing experience of its executives?
Their office with 40 employees?
I could go on except they have zero track record and have done nothing but open their doors and hire a few people to rep them on the boards.
