I rang them today & spoke straight away to a customer service person rather than pissing around with usual orange dealership or customer service bullshit.
They are a very good company & I am considering the Samsung through them as said.. so monday, Ill return the Blackberry & check out the Samsung.
lol, Ill probably end up staying with o2 as I like the service I get from them & Ill end up sticking wth my iPhone after all this
