I'm glad for you betchips, I called them and told my passport has expired and that renewing it would take me some days and they told me: "that's up to you, try to provide everything as soon as possible" so I'm waiting until monday to get my passport renewed.
I wanted to ask you: where are you located? you notarized everything and sent it without doing anything else?
I ask this because for a certified document to be valid under st. Kitts' laws it should be certified by someone able to do so (registered to st. Kitts-Nevis supreme court of justice).
Maybe they don't want/need that, but if they do I should go to the supreme court of justice here to get the certifications validated, then to the ministry of foreign relationships to validate the supreme court validation validated by them and finally to the nearest st. Kitts consulate to validate everything once more (my "nearest" ones are in antigua, trinidad & tobago or US).
I hate bureaucracy but hopefully, they just want docs notarized only in your country and not fully validated for st Kitts laws.
I will find out next week anyway, but I'm pretty curious about that.
