LOL. "The scape goats are goats".
This isn't bullshit really. I laughed when my local town hired goats to take care of huge plots of land alongside the local freeway. It's city owned land, and it would cost the city tens of thousands of dollars a month to hire a landscaping firm. Instead, they pay like $500 a month for someone to house their goats there. The goats eat the grass the brush, twenty-four hours a day, and they go where machines can't go.
