Ella usually handles live support, she is away on business; that's why Live Support has been a ghost town.
Support tickets are generally answered within 24 hours (my department).
As for myself, it was Thanksgiving this past week in Canada, so been busy with friends and family.
So overall, just been one of those weeks.. I apologize for the inconvenience.
