You should do so by letting the service stand upon its own merits. Present the facts, say things like "I haven't been here long, but from what i can see so far, things are run well", etc...be direct and honest about it and I dare say more and more people appreciate that approach. The suave salesman approach works less and less in today's markets.
If I see someone, with a new company that's barely a month old, saying how it's awesome and the best company they have ever worked for, would never screw anyone and so forth... I would stay away and think less of that person and anything they may do in the future.
It's like how I never trust someone who frequently says "trust me" in their day-to-day speech
