There are so many different types & all are so nice, but the cheese that Scuzz & Rogue have mentioned are pretty much my favourites also, apart from a Stilton, I prefer a very very mature strong cheddar than a stilton
Austrian Smoked is lovely if not bousin on crackers & of course, Red leicester on toast
