just think "Little Italy" or "Little China" - i'm not an expert, but i have the feeling that no one cares that they exist. or parts of Miami where everyone just speaks spanish. is this a big issue? i don't know but i'd like to.
cause this is what the german government is now trying to dissolve - quarters like "little istanbul" in berlin where almost only turks live within their own language and culture.
i don't think it's too big of a burden that if someone moves into another country he/she learns to live within the general rules of the local society. we'll see what will happen, after many years of excessive political correctness the discussion now seems finally come to a rational level.
