wow, dont visit gfy for a few months and all hell breaks loose! lol....anyway, I have terms with everyone I do business with through my company, too many expenses, most people get paid in 30 days simple, if someone does contracting work at my house I pay them on the spot...it is easy to run up a 100k bill quickly especially with printing most companies have at least a $100k printing bill at all times....we pay everyone fairly (not that I have to justify myself for contractors bills on a webmaster board! lol)
pacrim, you have no clue what you're talking about, I have a house in the valley and one in Santa Monica, you dont know me, so why not introduce yourself?
As for the value of my property, dont think it really matters here....
