In all of my world travels, I have only seen one "multicultural" society that was truly successful.
Singapore.
Singapore is multicultural AND successful because:
1) It is effectively a corporate police state. You can get 30 lashes from a scourge just for spitting your chewing gum on the sidewalk. Al Sharpton-type instigators are sure as hell not tolerated.
2) Although their social policy doesn't allow freedom of speech, as that sort of thing doesn't work in a multicultural society, it is otherwise libertarian as fuck. There is no welfare, and taxes are low. There is no social safety net. The winners want to immigrate there to make it big, and not have the government take it all away. The losers stay the hell away, as they won't get their welfare check from the government if they don't pull their weight.
