We are in the process of restoring customers. We are doing our best to manage the queue both by customer size as well as ease of restore.
Currently we have separate queues setup, one to deal with customers whose restores are quick, this way we can get them online or provide them access to their data, the other is for large customers where the process is more involved. We understand that everyone is looking for a more consistent response, we are doing our best to keep up with customer inquiries.
