no crazy diet needed - the body burns depending on your daily activity about 2500-3000 calories a day and 2 lbs of body fat have about 7000 calories. to lose weight you need to eat/drink less than you burn. thats it. lost almost 10 lbs in 2 weeks now, incl. drunk weekends
