Eric has already discussed this topic before and clearly stated you can't accuse people of something and throw a "?" on the end and it be ok.
So if someone showed him the thread, per his own words/rules the person who made it should be banned. ESPECIALLY when dealing with CP, another topic he doesn't want you posting about here at all.
