When you hire a plumber, and he fucks you around, what do you do?
Post on a message board?
Hire somebody else?
IMO, unless it's involving money, there's no reason to drag somebody through the mud. You should have enough influence with your close contacts that word of mouth is quite enough. Anything else makes you seem a drama queen.
On the other hand; it does decrease efficiency.
Guess it's ultimately up to you.
