I would first suggest you talk to the person in question reasonably about your dissatisfaction and see if it can't be resolved in some way to your liking. If it were me on the other end of it, I would normally offer some banners or other work to you for free or maybe a price break on the original deal or something as a make-good for whatever has happened.... (I don't know your specific situation) If it's a photographer, maybe he can offer you some extra stuff as well.
If that doesn't work, then out them so someone else doesn't end up asking this next week.
