30 days is the standard expectation if at all possible + full payment of all rebills on rev share (if applicable) and where they will still be processing regardless of the status of the affiliate program. All payments presently due to webmasters should also be made according to the normal timetable or close to it. Just because others are scumbags doesn't mean the expectations should be lowered.

If a program doesn't do this I believe affiliates should consider blacklisting the owners and all future programs from them and follow them around to warn others when they start new ventures (mainstream or adult). You don't want to make it easy and without consequences to pull a "take the money and run". You have to make em pay for it.
