We, as are most hosts here, are willing to help. The RCN clients that are still down need to make tough decisions and search out the best solutions for their hosting needs, but to do that, they need to either have their own backups, be able to get them from RCN or concede the data loss and switch DNS ASAP to start capturing the traffic back and rebuild their sites.
My experience with ISPrime over the years has been nothing but great and they didn't ask for this to be thrown at them, but they are in a better position to help based on the relationship that already existed and are offering to help. Most hosts don't have 1000 servers sitting around open and if they did, it's still a Rat's nest to sort out with the backups. Either take them up on it, move elsewhere or wait it out.
Complaining about them, their pricing or your place in line isn't going to change what happened now.
I can only imagine the gut wrenching process you are all going through right now. Best of luck to all involved.
