ive had the worst luck with the webair ticket support system as im not on a dedicated i dont get the live chat support so i gotta do a ticket ..
but when i icq mike on my icq list he gets it taken care of - just annoying that im not special enough for live chat ;x
but atleast my box is always up and never goes down
